natural8 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Pending verification, natural8 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain Services. Accounts found to be registered by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

To access real-money Services on natural8, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details as required. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate.
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active natural8 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. natural8 reserves the right to close all such accounts and permanently retain any balances therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication method. You must notify natural8 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. natural8 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.
natural8 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. Completion of identity verification — including provision of a valid government-issued identification document (Malaysian IC / MyKad or valid passport) and proof of address — is required before withdrawal requests are processed. natural8 may request enhanced due diligence documentation at any time.
natural8 accepts deposits via approved payment methods as displayed in the account cashier, which may include FPX bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other methods made available from time to time. All deposits are processed in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier interface.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. natural8 reserves the right to process withdrawals in tranches and to request additional documentation before releasing funds. Standard processing times are one to three business hours for verified accounts; delays may occur during system maintenance or enhanced due diligence reviews.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. natural8 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of MYR 50 against dormant account balances, provided the balance exceeds zero. Players will be notified via their registered email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
natural8 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, are disclosed in the cashier at the time of request.
All promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by natural8 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds in a Player's account.
natural8 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using mathematical or algorithmic strategies to exploit bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk; coordinated wagering between accounts; or any other behaviour natural8 determines to be an abuse of its promotional programme. natural8 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
Bonuses not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. natural8 assumes no liability for bonuses that expire due to Player inaction.
All games available on the natural8 platform are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. The results of all games are final once the round is determined. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the Platform's server logs shall constitute the authoritative record.
natural8's random number generators (RNG) for non-live games are independently certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical means (real cards, real roulette wheels) streamed in real time and are not subject to software manipulation. RTP (Return to Player) values for slot games are published within the game information panel.
natural8 reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical fault, human error, or system malfunction has materially affected the outcome or odds. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the Player's account at the original stake amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the natural8 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances:
natural8 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of any suspected criminal activity conducted through or in connection with the Platform.
natural8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any account immediately and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements. During a suspension period, access to account funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting natural8 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in account settings or by contacting support. All content on the natural8 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, interface design, text, logos, trademarks, and audio — is the intellectual property of natural8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any natural8 intellectual property without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of natural8's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, natural8 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
natural8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
natural8 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for service outages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party payment provider outages, or telecommunications failures.
Your personal data is processed by natural8 in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. natural8 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
natural8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling behaviour. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which natural8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through natural8's customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as determined by natural8.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent natural8 from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. The English language version of these Terms shall be the governing version in all cases. Any translation provided is for convenience only.
